We’ll begin with a clear overview of how advocacy works in SC—who holds influence, how decisions are made, and what realistic pathways to change look like.

Then we’ll move into a hands-on Power Mapping session where you’ll learn how to identify key stakeholders, map influence relationships, and build strategic plans that increase the impact of your advocacy.

• How to conduct a Power Mapping exercise

• How to develop targeted, effective advocacy strategies
